BooST helps you choose suitable home energy upgrades—such as solar, batteries, electric hot water and heating—and arrange quotes and installation.
The program is being delivered as an action in Boroondara’s Climate Action Plan Implementation Plan for 2025–2027. Council’s Climate Action Plan helps deliver what’s important to the community. Read Council’s Climate Action Plan.
Eligible households can receive up to $2,000 towards eligible costs excluding GST, after other government rebates and subsidies have been applied. GST and mandatory scheme co-payments remain payable by the resident. Council oversees the program and confirms subsidy eligibility. HP Energy manages enquiries, provides advice and supplies the quoted products and services through qualified participating installers. HP Energy provides three product quotes, issues your invoice and handles warranty support.
